LoungeHop is a service that provides access to over 1,700 airport lounges across more than 450 cities in over 135 countries worldwide. Simply purchase a pass, receive it via email within 48 hours, and present the QR code at any participating lounge for entry.

Each lounge has its own unique policies and services, including operating hours, dress codes, and amenities. To learn more about a specific lounge, please search online at: loungefinder.loungekey.com/pass
Each registered passenger receives an individual lounge pass containing encoded information specific to them. Passes are strictly non-transferable and can only be used by the registered passenger.

No. We believe in transparent pricing with no hidden fees or surprise charges. The price you see is the price you pay.
Passes are typically delivered within 48 hours. If you need your pass urgently or haven't received it after 48 hours, please contact our support team.
Present the QR code from your email at the lounge entrance. You may also be required to show your boarding pass and passport for identity verification.
Your pass is valid for 90 days from the date of issue.
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on purchased passes.
Entry may be denied in certain circumstances: if the lounge is closed or at full capacity (please try alternative lounges if available), if the name on your boarding pass doesn't match your pass (no alternative will be available), or if you don't meet the lounge's terms and conditions such as minimum age or dress code requirements.
All passes are sent directly to your registered email address. Each passenger receives a separate PDF with their unique QR code. You may forward individual passes to your travel companions so they can access the lounge independently.
Child admission policies vary by lounge. Please check the specific lounge policies at your departure airport at loungefinder.loungekey.com/pass. If a lounge doesn't accept children, please don't register them. If the lounge allows free entry for children under two, registration is not required.
Your pass will be delivered to your registered email as a PDF attachment. You'll need a mobile device capable of downloading and displaying PDFs. Please note that data roaming charges may apply when accessing your pass abroad.
