1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the LoungeHop website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and LoungeHop.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using LoungeHop, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Service Description

LoungeHop provides digital airport lounge access passes that grant entry to participating lounges worldwide. Passes are delivered via email within 48 hours of purchase and are valid for 90 days from the date of issue. Each pass contains a unique QR code and is non-transferable.

4. Purchases and Payments

All purchases are processed securely through our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy. Prices are displayed in EUR and include all applicable taxes. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the payment method provided for the total amount of your order.

5. Pass Usage

Each lounge pass is personal and non-transferable. The pass may only be used by the individual whose name appears on it. You must present a valid boarding pass and identification matching the name on your lounge pass for entry. Lounge entry is subject to availability and the specific lounge's terms and conditions.

6. Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on purchased passes under any circumstances, including but not limited to: unused passes, denied lounge entry, flight cancellations, or change of travel plans. Please ensure you have reviewed the lounge availability at your departure airport before purchasing.

7. Limitation of Liability

LoungeHop acts as an intermediary service provider and is not responsible for the services provided by individual lounges. We are not liable for: lounge closures, capacity restrictions, denied entry, quality of lounge services, lost or stolen passes, technical issues with QR codes, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for your pass.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the LoungeHop website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of LoungeHop and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time by posting the revised version on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Turkey.
